Refund

Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. You can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

What should I do if the item I received is damaged or defective?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item and issue a full refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Delivery

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout and see the estimated delivery time for your location.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed. Please make sure to enter the correct address at checkout to ensure timely delivery.

What should I do if I haven't received my order within the estimated delivery time?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries outside India. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. You can return the item for a refund once you receive it.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Payment

Can I pay with a gift card or voucher?

At this time, we do not accept gift cards or vouchers. You can pay for your order with a credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your payment information and ensure that your transaction is secure. We do not store your payment information on our servers, and all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Unfortunately, we cannot split payments between multiple methods at this time. Please choose one payment method for your order at checkout.
